Time to Start a Countdown

It is November 10th today, so we have officially 18 days until we close on our new house. Everything is a go except for an appraisal. They did one of those chintzy rapid web appraisals, but we said no to that. We want a real one so we will know the actually value of the house. We want to be sure not to pay too much, especially in this market.
So we have 18 days to sell this house we are living in as well, so if anyone is out there reading, please give a chant, a prayer or whatever it is you might have the ability to give. We need HELP!
The new house is beautiful. The best part about it is that it has already been remodeled, so there is very left for us to do. And there is nothing that will need to be done right away. That’s a plus. So back to packing boxes and cleaning the house. Trying to pack and keep a house in show shape is next to impossible.
This is our new game room. That is not our furniture though.
